Fermented Pepper Sauces
Over the years, I have been known for being a little bit of a 'PepperHead'..
When the pandemic hit, I decided to use a lot of my then 'free-time' to develop and create our 2nd shelf-stable line...
Now there are literally 1,000's of folks, probably 10,000's of folks how make hot sauces but the majority of them are not fermented. Why did I decide to go with the fermented kind? Pure and simple... FLAVOR!
When you ferment foods, such as peppers and the other vegetables that we use, they develop a certain 'depth and complexity' of of flavors that you just can't get when they are not fermented.
Now we have our 1st five flavors out in the market;
Our 'Oh Yes He Did!' Sauce is a Carolina Reaper Sauce... made with Carolina Reapers, Onions, Garlic, Honey and more.. And it is HOT! Did we mention that it is hot? One of the things I am most proud of is that it actually has some flavor, which is not something a lot of super-hot sauces can say... It has been reviewed by the Scovillionaire's YouTube Channel, and they agree.. IT IS HOT!! but with FLAVOR!
Heat Level... a 14+ out of 10...
Our 'Chipotle/Habanero Saucehas a 'lil' less heat that the 'Oh Yes He Did!' Sauce, but it still packs a heck of a punch! We have been told be a few people that they think this is one of the best Wing Sauces they have ever had and one of our co-workers uses it mixed with a lil mayonnaise to make a great fry sauce. Made with Chipotle Peppers, Habanero Peppers, Onions, Garlic and more...
Heat Level... a 7/8 out of 10...
The 'Yowsa' Sauce is a Fermented Mustard Sauce. Made with Caribe Peppers, Serrano Peppers, Mustard, Vinegar, Agave and more.
Heat Level... a 4/5 out of 10.
Our Chow Chow Sauce is actually made with our Award-Winning 'Colorado-Style' Southern Chow Chow!

And no, not every sauce we make has heat.
Over the years, I have come to love Shishito Peppers. Virtually no heat, but some amazing flavor... so we made a sauce out of it.
